If the shipment is insured then Yes, TCS is liable to pay the market value of the lost shipment. If the shipment is not insured then the TCS Customer Satisfaction will take over the lost shipment case and resolve the case after complete scrutinizing & verification procedures.


A tracking response will be promptly returned to you by e-mail.

Your detailed tracking response will list the following information:
1.Tracking number
2. Delivery status
3. Delivery date and time
4. Location where the Shipment was delivered
5. Date on which the Shipment was shipped or billed
6.Type of TCS service used to ship the Shipment
7. Shipment weight
You can track your shipment as follows:

2. Email Tracking (customercare@tcs.com.pk)
3. SMS Tracking (0333-2177168)
4. WAP Tracking (wap.tcs.com.pk)
5. Or Simply Call 111-123-456

TCS is charging insurance premium only on new items in respect of categories for example; Computers & Cameras are on 5%, Cell Phones are on 1 % and whereas all other Electronics items are on 10%.
