To Claim your Warranty all you need to do is log on to your account and then go to your completed orders where you will see the option of "Return Item" next to your ordered product. You need to fill in the text box and tell us the problem you are facing and then you can ship us the product along with the Return ID number you get from our system.

Now you can buy anything from HomeShopping.pk and claim your warranty by the comfort of your home by just using your computer. We provide our customers a full Warranty/Return section in each customers “My Account” area where you get to claim your warranties Online by just filing a Return Request with us.
This type of “In-House” Warranty is introduced for the first time in Pakistan by HomeShopping.pk where you do not have to run around different companies to claim your warranty and you can just inform us and let us handle all your claims for you by the manufacturer. We understand that time is very valuable for our valuable customers and we make sure that we add more value to your purchases with HomeShopping.pk by offering a little more then you are really used to while shopping in Pakistan and something what you really deserve as a shopper anywhere else in the world.
Most of the products up for sale on HomeShopping.pk come with warranty. We currently have a set up with qualified technicians to help you provide after sales support even after your warranty period ends.
On approval of your Return Request, we shall schedule you a pickup time for your product with TCS courier according to when you are free and then those products are needed to be couriered back to our Head office based in Karachi, Pakistan. After arrival your products shall be shipped back to you within 14 days after service is provided.
Warranty period and type at HomeShopping.pk vary for each product according to its manufacture and the country of its import.
- HomeShopping.pk has a full one week return and replacement warranty for all our products so you can be sure that the product you have purchased online has no manufacturing fault, is not broken or scratched at time of purchase. If any issue is reported within a week then your product shall be replaced right away.
- Items being returned to HomeShopping.pk should be in the same condition as they were provided at the time of sale. Any changes made to the product condition shall void your warranty for replacement and you would then only be offered Service warranty in which repairs are only included. Please make sure that the plastic stickers are on it.
- Original box and all accessories should be returned aswell.
- HomeShopping.pk pays for the courier fee which is needed to send back your product to where ever you are in Pakistan for one way only.
- Products coming under the 1 Year Service warranty claim includes repairs for your item which are paid by Home Shopping Pakistan.
- HomeShopping.pk keeps the right to disapprove any warranty claims based on things like if the product is damaged, altered or modified as a result of misuse, abuse, or attempted repair or customer re-work. If the product is unable to be repaired under the service warranty then no replacement unit would be issued as it includes repairs only.
- To claim your warranty you would need your automatically generated order number which you only get once you place your order with us online. Claims made without order numbers shall not be accepted.
- In the event of your product being dead on Arrival (DOA) you shall get a replacement unit the very next day.
- Warranty of the product would also get void in the event of the product being exposed to any liquid or moisture, Product returned dead after one week of purchase, the circuit burns due to variable voltage and if the product is opened.
